We want you to love your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size ordered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no charge.
